REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY PRIOR TO VIEWING AND/OR USING THIS SITE.

At 3 Seconds Creative LLC, we aim to deliver high-quality strategy, creative, and automation services that help nonprofits raise more with less effort. Because our work begins immediately upon onboarding, we’ve designed the following clear refund and cancellation terms:

One-Time Projects (Audits, Strategy Sprints, Creative Deliverables)

  • Fees for one-time projects are non-refundable once work has started, as significant time and resources are allocated up front.

  • If we are unable to deliver a promised written deliverable due to reasons within our control, you may request either:

    • Completion of the undelivered work at no additional charge, or

    • A refund for the undelivered portion, at our discretion.

Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Services

  • Retainers and service packages are billed in advance each month.

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date by emailing hello@3secondscreative.com or through the client portal.

  • Service will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Subscriptions / Digital Products (if applicable)

  • For subscriptions or automated digital deliverables (e.g., templates, AI tools), you may cancel at any time via the cancellation link provided in your receipt or by contacting us.

  • Access will remain active until the end of the paid term. No prorated refunds are issued.

Disputes

If you ever feel a charge was made in error, please contact us first at hello@3secondscreative.com. We will review and resolve issues promptly.

How to Cancel

To cancel an ongoing service or subscription:

  1. Email hello@3secondscreative.com with your name, email, and service package.
